Q  Can I use a frame with your Little Snuggles Baby Hammock?
A  Absolutely. Your hammock comes with everything you need to mount and hang it from a fixed support beam. However it works just as well with a hammock frame. We now stock Hammock Frames and Door Clamps.

 

Q  What sort of Guarantee do you offer?
A  We are so confident that you will love your Little Snuggles Baby Hammock that we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All we ask is that the hammock is returned in an 'as new' condition, and that the hammock has been purchased through the Little Snuggles website. If bought through a Baby Store then it will be under their return policies.

 

Q How do I know that your Baby Hammock is safe and secure?

Q  Do I need to purchase anything else to be able to use my Baby Hammock?
A  Absolutely not.  Your Little Snuggles Baby Sway Hammock comes complete with everything you need to be able to mount it and use it immediately!

 

Q  What age/weight can my baby safely sleep in the Baby Hammock?
A   It has been designed to be used from birth up to approximately 15 kgs - depending on the size and development of the individual baby.  As all babies develop at different rates it is recommended that once your baby's length exceeds the length of the hammock, and/or begins to roll over, your baby is then placed in a flat bed.

 

A   It has been designed to be used from birth up to approximately 3-4 months; the coccoon style can be used from newborn to 2 years depending on the size and develpment of the individual baby.

 

Q  How should I place my baby to sleep in the Little Snuggles Baby Hammock?
A  Firstly, ensure the hammock has been correctly installed and the safety check carried out - a copy of these will be included with your hammock when it arrives.  Keep the Baby Hammock steady and place your baby gently into the hammock on his/her back.  Position your baby at the top end of the mattress with his/her feet at the dome end of the hammock.
